The Priestess of Profits is Not For Everyone

I want you to find the best fit for your needs, even if that fit includes not working with me. There is no sense in investing valuable time and resources into a relationship that isn’t going to best fit what both sides need. If there are any red-flags indicating that we may not be the a good match for each other, it is best for us not to engage. I encourage you to be transparent and candid with any questions or concerns you may have.

WHO I—LOVE—TO WORK WITH:

I love to work with business leaders who LOVE what they do, are working to make the world a better place through their business, and who want to form real human connections through their work.

These leaders aren’t just running a business. They are living a dream.

They’ve built their businesses by surrounding themselves with talented people who can serve their customers well, but have maybe struggled to find business strategy advisors and accounting professionals who understand their goals, can answer their essential questions, maintain high performance standards, and really partner with them for their company’s success.

They call me the Priestess of Profits due to my passion for preaching the “gospel” of healthy business. In this capacity, I often serve my clients as a business strategy advisor, mindset coach, and Chief Financial Officer. I help by raising the financial intelligence of a leader who already possesses high emotional intelligence, is people and mission-centric, has a strong vision for their organization’s future, maintains high standards for themselves and others, and is not averse to trying new ideas.

I work with business owners who are frustrated and confused by the financial side of their business, but who want to keep a finger on the pulse of their company and learn to make more intentional decisions about its future. Accounting is no longer just about finances; accounting is how we account for the things we want to be held accountable to in our lives: our deeply held values and beliefs. My ideal customers put strategy first and tactics second, noting that the best strategy is rooted in a healthy business culture. They are lifelong learners who welcome having mentors and coaches.

WHO I—DON’T—WORK WITH:

To build a business you love, you need to love your your business. You need to commit. Financial and business strategy is not something you can do half-assed.

To build a successful business, you must have a spirit of abundance. Leaders who are fear-based, suspicious, or pining for the way things used to be are not a match for my work. Leaders who want an immediate fix and overnight results won’t be happy working with me. This is a long game.

My client agreements are all customized to each individual business I engage with, and there is no one-size-fits-all solution. Price-sensitive shoppers who have been scanning my website trying to determine how much this will “cost” will continue to get what they pay for on Fiverr. That is not how positive change happens. I am not the cheapest solution available, but I am one of the best. I focus on creating win-win solutions in every encounter, and I will not engage in a zero-sum game.

Leadership is about sharing of self and personal growth, which requires an emotional investment. Leaders who don’t embrace their emotional and spiritual connection to their business are not a fit for me.

LEADERS WHO—FIT MY WORK—ARE:

  • Working to make the world a better place through their business.
  • Fueled by passion!
  • Life-long learners who never want to stop growing.
  • Inviting change, recognizing that it may be a bit painful or scary at times.
  • Patient with long-term processes.
  • Willing to follow through and honor agreements.
  • Carefully curious about new ideas and the future.
  • Comfortable receiving expert coaching and guidance.
  • Erring on the side of over-communication.
  • Loving of themselves, others, and our planet.

LEADERS WHO—DON’T FIT MY WORK—ARE:

  • Operating in a zero-sum game (win-lose) mindset.
  • Focused only on the short-term fix mentality.
  • Making excuses for their procrastination.
  • Using fear and power to manipulate others.
  • Allergic to change.
  • Unable to take advice from a woman.
  • Adhering to a penny-rich-pound-poor or other poverty mindset.
  • Prioritizing short-term tactics over long-term strategy.
  • Unwilling or unable to learn new technology or software applications.
  • Erring on the side of low communication.
  • Expressing high urgency and low follow through.

I work with my clients as an agent of business and personal transformation. Think of me as your business fitness coach. It doesn’t work to sign up with a personal trainer, make a bunch of excuses to not do the work, and think that you’re going to improve. Do you want to make excuses, or do you want to make it happen? The trainer can’t do your workout for you. Your involvement and full commitment to this process are essential for your business to succeed.

If you are ready to get out of your own way and take your business to the next level, I really look forward to learning more about you and your needs.
